Ministries

At Emit Grove Baptist Church, we aim to glorify God in all that we do. That includes our ministries. Each ministry is offered to help Christ followers grow in, and glorify Christ. These ministries span from Kids and Youth, to Senior Adults and Women’s groups. Each ministry hosts several gatherings throughout the year. Kids

Emit Grove Kids aims to point kids ages birth through 5th grade to Christ. We do this through Sunday School, and TeamKid on Wednesday nights during the school year. Throughout the year, this Ministry offers different fellowships, trips, and opportunities for children to grow in the Lord, and in fellowship with other believers.

Youth

Emit Grove Youth aims to lead 6th through 12th graders to a lasting relationship with Christ. Our students meet each Wednesday night at 6 PM for supper, followed by Bible Study at 6:30 PM. We offer a group for Middle school students, and a separate group for High schoolers. Our students also meet each Sunday night at 5:30 PM for a time of Devotion and fellowship.

Each summer the Youth are offered a variety of opportunities, from Fuge Camp to different fellowships. We look forward to seeing your students here.

Joy Fellowship

Joy Fellowship is the Senior Adult Ministry here at Emit Grove. They meet the third Thursday of every month at 11:30, for a time of devotion, food, and fellowship. Each month we have the opportunity to hear from different speakers from many different backgrounds. From Missionaries to Medical professionals, our Seniors hear from believers from many different walks of life.

On the first Thursday of every month, our Young at Heart group, gather for a Movie and popcorn fellowship. This gives the group an opportunity to join together in fellowship, and enjoy a great movie.
